Could someone do me a huge favour.....
With reference to the photo below of the horn selector switch, I need to know which contacts have 12v present - 1 to 4 working from top down - for each switch position. Many thanks in advance

Maybe the wiring diagram helps:

Not really. There is not a lot of logic to what is happening, hence the need to compare with a car with both horns working.

Thanks for that Thomas. It works with the wiring either way, which is good as it proves my switch is OK. My electric horns weren't working and the easy thing to check first was the selector switch. Turned out to be the relay for the twin electric horns - all fixed now, case closed!
Re: Horn Selector Switch, 2400 Coupe
Hi, out of curiosity, where is the horn relay located on the 2400 Coupé? I wasn't able to locate mine, but I didn't follow all the wires.

Re: Horn Selector Switch, 2400 Coupe
My car (2400 Coupe) has a Fiamm horn relay mounted on the inner wing, just above the air-horn compressor. It sits almost horizontally. I'm not aware of any relay other than that one.
I replaced my broken electric horns (not the air-horns) with the famous loud Hella electric horns and added my own relay nearby in the left front wheel well (below left headlamps) and they sound great.
Note that there is a set of electrical components mounted high up behind the glove compartment - took me weeks to find those. The intermittent wiper relay is among them. I don't believe there is a horn relay there, but I also wouldn't be surprised if things moved during production.
