A Frankenwatch. I have one of those from this guy. He uses cheap old watches and applies Dino stickers to the dial.

Good choice! Even if they are expensive, they look great and are very good tyres. I use them much more often than my Dino frankenwatch

That guy is making a killing with fraudulently advertised watches. Calling them "original" is disingenuous at best....
