Sun Visor Fitment

The panel on to which the visors mount in my '67 coupe is in bad shape.
Any suggestions on repairing it?

I have a large crack in the middle of mine that needs repairing and would say it is a bit more tricky than I first thought.You could glue on some dense foam and buy a trim repair kit to finish it off.
