Distributor Oil Seal

Group, To change the drive oil seal on a 2 litre, one needs to remove the drive unit from the head. It is my understanding that this unit should twist out. Is this correct?

Wiggle up and down as applying pressure pulling away from distributor carrier baseplate. The drive adapter is firmly secured but not really tight. You can also try a small 90 degree angle flat screwdriver or similar tool as a leverage device from behind the drive head. No need to overthink this one, it really just comes out without much drama.
