That helps. My main issue with the vac pump appears to be all sorted.

We were chasing wire on fuel pump issues not running.
Comes to find out, we forgot to connect a cluster of wires that was hidden under loads of blankets on the driver side.

one serious issues that we are having are the brakes seems to have hydraulic problems.

We get a good vac from the newly rebuilt booster , the pump and tank appears to work as it should.
The newly rebuilt Master cylinder appears to be culprit.

The pedal goes all the way down

The front appears to work but the rear ! Not so good.
Maybe the brake equalizer in the rear is the problem?
Maybe we got our line crossed out?

How long is a piece of string?

There are many ways. Start again and check the layout to make certain things are connected as they should. Then, with pressure on the system, start at the master cylinder and crack open every union to see if air or fluid comes out. Don't pump the pedal like a mad thing, which can cause foaming, but use slow even strokes.

Was the master cylinder bench bled? If not you will need to pressurize the system from the reservoirs to force fluid through the ports initially.

I don't think the master is the problem. Do what Mostromilano says.

The problems has been found.

1) The booster hose had a small leak. The hose clamp collar was not tight enough.
We fitted every vacuum lines with new hose clamps and also surrounded every hose fittings with high temp silicone as an additional sealer.

2) The master cylinder was poorly rebuilt and completely bypassed the first and second stage pushing all brake fluids back to the brake reservoir.
We ended up purchasing a new master cylinder and had the old original one rebuilt again for future use or selling it.

3) There was also a very small leak under the dash on one of the banjo fitting.
We tighted the 19MM bolt and that resolved the issue.

4) The new rear brake piston purchased from Superformance are machined stainless steel as opposed to the original one being polished chrome.
We noticed a small leak in one of the rear brake piston, we put our old stock chrome one and that solved the issue.

The brake issues have all been resolved.
Hopefully, there will not be any issues. Nothing like sorting out all the bugs out!'
