It's been a long process with most of the work done in the garage.... Every nut and bolt restoration with the body taken down to the metal and no filler used ( but there were a lot of coats of primer ! ). Still some work to do and it hasn't been started yet. But we're moving to Portland Oregon, so will finish it there...

Car looks beautiful. Could you tell me what colour that is: I think my spider might look good painted in that colour,

It's Ferrari Grigio Silverstone Metallic.... used on the '99 599 GTB... seemed the closest we could find in a modern paint that matched the original Grigio Silverstone... It was very metallic -= so we lessened the amount of flake just a bit.

The Grey Silverstone was a Dino 2400 Coupé color.
It was not available for the 2000 version.
Your Dino Coupé is still very nice ;)

The colour very much looks like my 2.4 l Dino. However she will be resprayed in blue 490. (If you like I can take a small part of the car and have it analysed in order to get a perfect matching colour by my local paint specialist for about €200,- for 3 liters.(ex shipping cost)
Furthermore I intend to modify certain exterior aspects, the interior, as well as modifications to the engine, suspension and wheels for my 2.4l
I hope that finances will allow me to keep the 2.0 l.
As for the 1931 Mathis, either I get rid of it or otherwise a good fried who lives just around the corner suggests to make a special out of it by using the excellent chassis combined with a terrific and very special old 4 cil engine with 2 horizontal twin choke Webers (I think either 40 if not 45 DCOE's. Also look to see who he is:( http://www.look-classiccars.nl/Look_Cla ... /Home.html )
But first I intend to finish to toolshed as I am doing most of the work myself.

I love coincidence....

I took my blue Dine to Grey - and you're taking your grey Dino to Blue... and those titanium mufflers are for a 1098.... I park my 1098 next to the Dino...

gotta love it.

I also used to have a Ducati. Here you see me in 2004 at the WDW and me during a track day at Zolder! :P
