Dino 2400 Throttle Linkage

I'm helping a buddy restore one of these gems. We are missing the throttle linkage component, which rotates and is supported by two plastic spherical bearings (one mounted to the firewall, the other to the back of the engine). I may need to fab this up.
Two requests:
A. Any knowledge of a source for one of these? I researched the usual Dino parts sources. This is a tough one - even by Dino standards.
OR
B. Can someone give me some dimensions? I figure it is 12mm Ø torque tube (from the bearing bores), and approximately 16" long.
I could use some better numbers for:
1. The length?
2. Length of the "arms". I guesstimate about 3cm? From ball center to surface of 12mm torque tube
3. Angle between the arms? (From pics looks like ~ 15-30º?)
4. Distance between arms
And any other tech tidbits that come to mind. This will help the creation process. Many thanks!!
