Fiat Dino Forum (FDF)

Hello all

I am looking to replace the air ventilation grill & units in my Dino Spider 2000 (1968).

I can see the part number in the catalogue. I can see one of these at DinoParts for quite a lot of money.

I was told a while back by a specialist that they came from the Fiat parts bin. But when we tried the same from a Fiat 124 Spider this was too small. There is a chance the seller may have muddled this with a Fiat 128 unit based on what was sent.

Any ideas?

Thanks for replying. I think the Coupe may be different to the Spider? The parts catalogue isn’t so clear for the Coupe but if I read this correctly the parts number is different…
You may well know otherwise!

Hi Rob,

The link on Dino Part's homepage that you are referring is actually incorrect and referring to a coupe. Instead they should have referred to table L.3.02 and part no. 4148142 for the coupe valve. I do not know whether the vale for the spider is identical. Best regards, Hans
