What's the best refurbishment/polishing process you've come up with to correct clouding/fogging of the hubcap plastic centers?

... or you try convertible window cleaner - best choice to restore old plastic!

Maybe a plastic headlight restoration method might work for these. Just go on YouTube and search "plastic headlight restoration". They make cloudy plastic headlights look like new...

A combination of wet-sanding and polishing, indeed just like you do with modern day headlights. Some - not great - pictures here: viewtopic.php?t=878&start=40. They turned out very nice.
