Removing the Booster - 2.0 Coupe

With the engine running, I get no assist from the booster. I have brakes; a couple of inches of travel and the calipers are working. I can crack each bleed screw and fluid can be pumped out. Flex hoses are new.
Master cylinder was rebuilt.
My question is: What is the best way to remove the booster/servo from under the dash? When doing the MC I dropped the steering column, removed the dash top and the speedometer for better access.
Is there an advantage to unbolting the entire brake/clutch pedal cluster?
