Fiat Dino Forum (FDF)

Hi, I'm new to Dino ownership and new to this forum. I'm just in the process of importing my new baby, a Fiat 2.4 Spider. It's on the truck from Madrid as I write this - see photo. Two questions:

1. Has anyone recently imported a car, can you guide me through the process. From what I can see the Customs bit is easy but getting the necessary approvals from DVLA can be trickier, especially since they made a lot of staff redundant. Any help gratefully received.

2. Is there a UK Dino club I can join?

I think over time you will find what you are looking for right here as this is a relatively new dedicated Dino site…. A great way to start your new journey.

Unfortunately I'm not able to help you with customs query as I live in Australia but hope to here and see more pics of your new baby soon.

It was advertised on www.carandclassic.co.uk. The vendor (Classic Road in Madrid) had over 1,000 enquiries about the car. Seems a 2400 Spider in good nick is a rare thing.
