As a new owner of a Fiat Dino Spider 2000 I am looking for an example of Mike Morris' book "Fiat Dino, Ferrari by another name". Does anyone have a copy and would be willing to sell?

Hello, I'm also a new owner of a Fiat Dino Coupe 2400. I'm looking for a reasonably priced copy of this book, either in print or electronically. I saw an old posting that provided Mile Morris' AOL email address, but that is no longer active.
