How to adjust Timing Chain Tensioners?

Hello.

After a better tune up, the engine revs fast and easy, showing another problem that I didn't realised before as the engine didn't want to rev up. The left bank chain sounds a lot. I've been searching for some information, but I did not found anything clear.
Does anyone has run into this before?

I really should be overhauling the engine, but I need it running to have it registered, and I don't want to damage anything else before I start with the restauration.
