I have a first series Spider, with aluminium dashboard
I want to put the original throttle cables for choke and extra gas back, as it was put of by the last owner.
Can anybody tell me where the cables go trough the firewall and where they mount to the carbs?
Also how does the electronic wire connect to the choke, where it lights the instrument gauge?
Hope somebody can help me
Car is in the Netherlands
Regards
Alfred

yes, thanks for the reply
I have the original Spare Parts catalog of the dino 2000.
But exact routing is not in it
For example, the extra gas lever has to go behind over the middle console, so from left to the right.
Same goes for the choke, where it goes exact

In the firewall (seen from the engine bay) - just behind the gas throttle there is a 6mm hole, that is for the hand-throttle. If you look 10cm towards the middle of the car there is another 6mm hole (you need to remove the air filter box to see it) - this is for the
choke cable. But if it the routing under the dash you are asking for, I can't help you

.

Thanks, is your car original, so are the details how it was still there?
If so, may I bother you sometimes with pictures of how things were located?
Im in progress of making mine as original as possible.

Sure, just send me a PM and what you need to know. You will (most probably) not finde a more original car.
