I finally got the 3D files, and I was able to make the first estimates.

I checked for a long time and I've concluded that the best way to realized these pieces with good quality is to create a silicone mold and then replicate the pieces with vacuum casting.

The costs are as follows

REAR SIDE GRILLS (RIGHT + LEFT)
3D design, prototyping and creating silicone molds (left and right)
€ 1800.00 + VAT 22%
Creation of a pair of grids (left and right) in the two-component black polyurethane (PX2017HT)
€ 120,00 + VAT 22%

DASHBOARD AIR VENTS + CENTRAL LEVERS
3D design, prototyping and creating silicone molds
€ 1000.00 + VAT 22%
Creating four air vents in the two-component black polyurethane (PX2017HT)
€ 100,00 + VAT 22%
Creation of four central levers in two-component black polyurethane (PX2017HT)
€ 80.00 + VAT 22%

Obviously, more are the membership, lower is the cost relating to the creation of the mold of each of the items to replicate.
In the case of at least 10 people involved, these would be the prices:

Rear side grilles Euro 320,00 + VAT (left+right)
Dashboard air vents 280,00 Euro + VAT (set of 4 pieces)

For a number of interested under ten people, I believe that this is not convenient ...

Good job Patrizio!
Hope you will get enough interest so that you can have them reproduced after all this work you put into it.

Hi Patrizio,
Great job.
Now, which material will the parts made from? Is it still aluminium?
I am interested by the dash vents and the rear grilles.
Thanks, Alain.

Hello Alain ,
the original grids were plastic made.
Even the new grills will be replicated in plastic (two-component polyurethane PX2017HT ) with vacuum casting system.
