Dear All I have now started my motor upgrade project – let me name it 2.X L conversion (I will explain in the following). In Mike Morrison´s book the 2.3 L conversion is mentioned (page 101). Among the modifications are new wet liners to take the standard 2.4 L pistons – and it is here the confusion...

The amount of injected fuel required varies by engine size and performance potential but typical injection amount is 0.7 ml per nozzle.

WANTED : FIAT PART 1903379 (THE VINYL COVER)

The part to the left is the one that goes first into the engine block, secondly the treated bolt. The left part pushes direct on the chain tensioner. It is difficult to see from the picture, but the left part is most probably still sitting in the engine block. Try to use a magnet to extract the part.
