Have you also loosened the retainer bolt on the front of the engine. If not, you can loosen the bolt for the tensioner, but it wont back out.

For the 2L spider the lead hammer i missing

Dears For those of you doing this modification, I just want to let you know that there is a speedo gear that give the correct reading. Well the reading will be 2,3% less then stock - to me this is enough, who cares if it is 100km/h or 97,7km/h. The stock speedo will most likely show too much anyway....

A upgraded 2L engine, complet rebuild to modern standards. Using all new parts. Result is a light 2300 Engine, with improve torque and HP rating. I am missing my locking mechanism for the glove box: I do have the lock, but the pin that should preventive glove box from being opened is missing.

I am considering those wheels on my 2L spider, what do you think go or no go
