Thanks Rob,

But i'm sure distributor is 100% right. I rebuilt it completely, new weights, bearings, points and everyting.
I have a distributor testmachine here at home so i'm sure everything (including the advance graph) is as good as when it left the factory.

Been reading on my issue for a while and it seems to be that i'm not the only person but could not find an answer to the question yet. I have a slight dead spot while accelerating around 3000 rpm. What you have to do is look at the timing mark at the pulley (which is running the v-belt) and the timing marks on the engine. What happens, unregardless of whatever breaker setup, is that your ignition coil needs to 'recharge' to store enough energy for every spark. Your sure that at least ignition timing is spot on? By changing the contact breaker gap you also change the timing position and with these dual point breakers also the relation of interdependent degrees between one bank and the other bank. I would check and make sure this is correct in first place, ...
