My original wood wheel was in rough shape so until I restore it, I have a Nardi Anni 50 wheel on a Superformace hub [https://www.superformance.co.uk/fiat/fittings.html] on my 1967 coupe and it fits and works just fine.

Re: How to mount rear license plate FIAT coupe 2000
No license plate frame, just 4 square holes in the sheet metal.
I suspected there needs to be some expanding, square, plastic nut in the hole in which to screw the plate fasteners.
Thanks, Ben.

How to mount rear license plate FIAT coupe 2000
I went to install my new license plate on my coupe last night and there are 4 holes [about 0.5cm square] on the rear panel between the tail lights. I removed the carpet from the rear panel expecting to have access to the back side of the holes so I could use a through bolt, but there is a steel pane...

Re: Valve shims
8.04 mm inside diameter, same as the diameter as the 8 mm valve shaft. It is a snug fit. It is a cap, not a flat shim. External diameter is 10.2 to 10.6 mm on what I have in spares.

Re: Valve shims
8 mm. Alfa Romeo 750 series also used 8 mm but I don't have any 750 series cars anymore to compare Alfa to Fiat/Ferrari shims to see if they are identical. I wish the Dino used 9 mm shims, as I have plenty of those and Alfas to go with them.

Need help with front ashtray 2000 FIAT Dino coupe
I took my front ashtray apart for re-chroming. Usually I take photos before and after disassembly and all parts are tagged and labelled and photographed before going to be chromed or polished. I wasn't going to pay to have the bottom of the ashtray receptacle chromed, as no one will see it and I can...

Re: Dino Spider at Auction
Has anyone on this forum actually replaced a bad cylinder liner on a 2000 engine? If so, was it difficult and what did it require? I have a spare 2000 engine and several of the liners had pistons stuck in them for decades and there is most likely too much corrosion to bore out and fit oversized pist...

Re: Cromadora wheels
I have personally powder coated lots of magnesium wheels, as well as the magnesium Dino cam covers and oil fillers. You can add layers of pounder to reduce surface defects if you have corrosion damage, that isn't as easy with paint, unless you fill and sand before painting. When I have something too...
