Re: Clock repair 2000 coupe
Dario, I have pulled the clock out of the case. The bezel wasn't terribly tight as someone has been in there before me. I only looked at the back and the sides of the movement. I didn't remove the hands or dial, but I could easily do that. I have dabbled in amateur mechanical watch repair, so I have...

Re: Clock repair 2000 coupe
Dario,
I searched "clock repair" and even author "Adrian Le Hanne" on the FDF, but nothing came up. Also tried a general Google search, without luck.
Would you happen to have a link to the handy?
It would be nice to restore if it only needed capacitors.
Thanks, Ben.

Re: Threaded post on underside of 2000 coupe center console
Thanks Klaus for identifying the mystery post and also for identifying what I am missing.
Does anyone have a spare ash tray light they would like to sell?
Thanks, Ben.

Clock repair 2000 coupe
I removed the non-functioning clock from my car. When disassembled, and energized, if you give the oscillating weight a little push start, the clock works until power is disconnected. Without the push start, it does not start when energized. I sent photos and a description to Palo Alto Speedometer f...

Threaded post on underside of 2000 coupe center console
Does anyone know what the threaded post in the photo is for?
It is on the underside of the center console insert just behind the shift boot and next to the ash tray.
Possibly for a grounding wire? Am I missing something that attaches to this area?
Thanks, Ben.

Re: Coupe 2400 engine removal
When I first got my spare 206 engine, I mounted the block directly to the engine stand. Now that I have a spare bellhousing, I have the bellhousing mounted to the engine stand. Using the bellhousing required drilling the engine stand mounting plate to match bolt holes in the bellhousing to transmiss...

Re: How to mount rear license plate FIAT coupe 2000
A trip to my local Autozone car supply store and I found these square body nuts.
I wasn't sure which size would fit, so I bought the assortment pack.
The 3.4 mm ones were a perfect fit.
A #10 stainless steel screw fit the nut nicely.
My license plate is now mounted on the car.
Ben.
