It will not fit right on. The three bolt-holes has a different pattern than the Dino steering boxes.
I think the same goes for Fiat 125 S steering boxes, as well.

Re: Gearbox noise
I have a different suggestion: If the small bearing in center of the flywheel (number 24940440, page A1.03) is defect, you could get this, or similar gear change problems. When gearbox is cold, the lubricant makes some resistance, so when pushing down the clutch pedal, the ingoing gearbox shaft stop...

Re: Fiat Dino 2 Litre rear axle ratio exchange
I have done a new, quick research for the Fiat 4154471 ring & pinion gear set, and I found three Italian companies and one from France, listing these rare gear sets: Berni Motori SRL, Italy Bacci Romano.com , Italy Auto Retro Services, France Garda Ricambi, Italy Concerning Berni Motori SRL, I w...

Re: DASH VENTS for
Hi, if you visit Ebay and search for "Bocchetta diffusore aria centrale Autobianchi A112"
you will find at least a very similar looking dash vent.

Re: Fiat Dino 2 Litre rear axle ratio exchange
Unfortunately - no. The basic Fiat 124/125 models used a assortment of similar, but not the same rear axle parts. The different ring & pinion gear sets, for instance, are smaller/weaker than the Dino parts. There were several gear ratios availible - like 10:43 - but that doesn´t mean these parts...

Re: Fiat Dino 2 Litre rear axle ratio exchange
Many thanks for kind comments. It has been a lot of work finishing all this, but also very rewarding, if looking at the outcome. Here comes some more info: This project actually started with a search for a machining shop, competent enough to be able fabricating new gear wheels with a higher gearing,...

Fiat Dino 2 Litre rear axle ratio exchange
When cruising your Fiat Dino in 110 - 120 Km/h, you probably are in a constant search for a 6:th gear... If you own a 2 Litre Fiat Dino, there is no "long 5:th gear option" to install, like the alternative 5:th gear set for the 2,4 Litre/ZF Dino. I have now finished a project which maybe c...

Re: "Time warp" Dino Spider 2400
Hi, rozznzwpi! Yes, I have also spotted this "rumour" about "the lengthened 2,4 Litre Spider body" now and then. But, if you think about it: None of the actual changes done to the 2,4 Litre Spider demanded a stretch of the structural design or the outer body panels. Besides that,...

Re: "Time warp" Dino Spider 2400
Having read the description text re this 2,4 Litre Spider, I have noticed some strange statements. Claiming the car is totally untouched cannot be correct. Looking at the pics, I spotted some minor, but uncorrect details: 1. The door inner handles seem to have been replaced. (Fiat 124 Spider part?) ...

Re: Bleeding Brakes
Toby, I probably was using the wrong terminology - all brake calipers at 2 Litre Dinos have air bleeding valves. ("Air nipple" is probably not a correct term, at all. But, in Swedish, it is called just that - "luftnippel" !) Moose21 - After having looked at pictures of the master...
