Re: Dino Spyder 2400 Headlight Adjuster Nuts Source
I found some 3mm cage nuts used for computer chassis construction at Bell Metric. They are stainless steel, so I just opened up the M3 and tapped it to an M5, and it seems to fit the 6mm x 6.75mm rectangular opening well. I haven't put the assembly all together yet, but this looks good so far.

Re: Dino Spyder 2400 Headlight Adjuster Nuts Source
Thank you for your reply. Any chance you have a source for the nut?? It is a capture clip with a nylon nut that holds that 5mm adjustment screw.
Many thanks again,

Dino Spyder 2400 Headlight Adjuster Nuts Source
Any suggestions on where to get these? There are eight total. The adjusting screw is 5mm Ø, the nut is nylon, and the nut retainer fits into a 6 x 6.75mm rectangular opening. I'd guess they are Carello? There are many clip nuts out there, but this one is pretty small considering it holds a 5mm Ø scr...

Re: ceramic coating on exhaust
I ceramic coated my exhaust and still experienced pretty annoying vapor lock on hot days. I think heat comes from engine soaking carbs. I set up a fuel return to move fuel as the later cars.

Adrian quite literally wrote the book on these units.
They are awesome in that they are completely repairable - as opposed to being epoxy potted blocks.

Re: Fuel consumption?
If I'm working on it doing tuning, and lots of short test drives, I get about 28l/100km, maybe even as bad as 33l/100km. But just driving about mixing hiway and city returns ~15 to 17 l/100km (or 14 - 16 mpg).

Re: Fiat Dino hardtop restoration help
How do the hardtops attach to the car? I heard they scratch up the car I assume the front is easy, and it clips to the windshield frame like the soft top - but how does the back mout??
Thanks!
Thanks!
